While I would rather support an indie coffee shop, Nero is my preferred coffee chain out of the big three. It's nice to finally have a non Costa option in Crawley, and it's a big space with plenty of seating too.

my son and i were looking for coffee and didn't want to go to satarbux. we ended up at the local outlet of caffe nero; another chain. atmosphere was mellow, coffee was ok, order was a mess. i don't know. maybe it was a language barrier thing. mumbled american is certainly not the king's english, haha. i hade a small cake. kinda pricey but it was ok.

Fantastic Coffee in lovely surroundings very reasonably priced and is very large and open plan inside also comes with free WiFi which makes it even better.
